Cancellation Policy:

  • After the order is placed, customers will not be able to cancel it.

Return Policy:

We strive to ensure and try to make all possible efforts that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not happy with the purchase, we provide a full refund in the following cases:

  • You received a defective product.
  • The product got damaged during transit.
  • The ordered products are out of their expiry date.
You should apply for the return immediately or within 5 working days of receiving the product to ensure smooth resolution.

Refund Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. 
  • The refund amount will reflect in your account within 30 business days.
